Lusine Saghumyan is a human rights specialist with master’s degrees from European Studies at Yerevan State University and Social and Political Sciences from Tbilisi State University. Her fields of specialization include gender, social inclusion and child protection. She has conducted extensive research in women’s and LGBT issues. Currently she provides consultancy to international and local organisations.
