Dr. Nadia Bernaz is an Associate Professor of Law and Governance at Wageningen University, a lecturer in Law at Middlesex University, London (UK) and Adjunct Lecturer of the Irish Centre for Human Rights (NUI Galway, Republic of Ireland). She was awarded a PhD for her study on International Law and the Death Penalty at the Université Paul Cézanne in Aix-en-Provence in 2006. She has worked in the past at the Irish Centre for Human Rights (NUI Galway, Republic of Ireland) and at the Université Paul Cézanne (France). She specializes in public international law, international criminal law and human rights.
Dr. Nadia Bernaz was a panelist at the International Symposium on Transitional Justice held in Yerevan, Armenia on October 5, organized by the Zoryan Institute of Canada in conjunction with the American University of Armenia.
