EVN Report's Maria Titizian sits down with former Chair of the Armenian Relief Society's Central Executive Board Vicky Marashlian about the newly opened Soseh Kindergarten in Stepanakert, Arstakh (Nagorno Karabakh). Hundreds of ARS members from around the world came to take part in the opening ceremonies on September 6, 2017. The ARS was one of the first global humanitarian organizations to come to the assistance of the people of Artsakh during the war in the early 1990s. The first ARS Soseh Kindergarten opened its doors in Stepanakert for the children of soldiers in 1998.
